subscribers doesnt show up in mailchimp

    Hi!
    I would love to use Mailchimp for my blog.
    I added the plugin as described (sidebar) and tested it. When I enter other email adresses I have, they system says “thank you” but they don’t show up as a subscriber in my Mailchimp account. I can’t find the mistake I made somewhere. I have the latest wordpress

    I checked the page. But I don’t have any errors, thats why I’m confused.
    Mailchimp keeps saying 1 subscriber. Tried 3 different email adresses last 4 days. Nothing. ??

    Hi,

    Did you actually search for the emails in the list or just look at the total that MailChimp displays? That total might not be up to date. I suggest to check by actually searching for the email in the list.

    If there is no error it means our plugin send the contacts to MailChimp successfully. From there it is out of our hands. You can turn on “log everything” on the “MailChimp for WP > Other” page to make sure.

    If double opt-in is turned on, you need to click the link in the email before the contact will show up. If it is turned off you might want to test with double opt-in turned on as MailChimp sometimes blocks certain account from using single opt-in without any warning.
