Which post-payment hook?

Thank you for using Direct Stripe.

There is an action hook => ‘direct_stripe_before_success_redirection’ that passes four arguments in which the first is the Charge ID.
This Charge Id can be used to retrieve the Charge object that contains the amount and customer’s ID. ( The customer’s ID is also the fourth parameter).
