• Nearly all of my posts are showing as 404 or not found.

Google webmaster tools is reporting a lot of pages not found…..my site is setup to user links in this manner /%category%/%postname% google is seeing them as just /%postname%/ which of course is not found….why are they seeing it this way..

i can use the redirection plugin to redirect them but i would like to avoid this if at all possible..

because ever post I make I have to go in and create a redirection

I also installed a global translator plugin and realized I didnt’ need it. So I disabled the plugin and removed it and I am still getting 404 errors as it is seeing my link https://www.example.com/eu/wordpress-example

If you look at the /eu it doesn’t exist but I am so far getting 300 not found links with google webmaster and I really need to get this fixed. I manually ran the sitemap and it looks fine. I also checked htaccess and everything looks good. I then went through every table in the database and still couldn’t find where google thinks these websites are coming from. I am also using a 404 report tool and every time the search engine spiders my site I get these 404 reports sent to me non stop. I really need someone to assist me in fixing this problem.
