Google XML sitemap for video

    Hi,
    I have a video in one of the pages of my website that I need to create a sitemap for. I have installed Google XML sitemap for video but unfortunately it did not detect the video because I think it only works on videos located in posts not pages. I have then created manually a sitemap for my video but don’t know how to add it to my website. Can you please advise how to overcome these two dilemmas. Is there a way to make Google XML sitemap for video detect my video or is it possible to upload or import the manually created sitemap?
