• Hello.

I have an issue with all my wordpress installations in Plesk server.
Wordpress Customizer is not saving settings.

All this happened after I migrate from one server to another.
Is it possible to be a file permission issus? Or database issue?

I tried to use WordPress Toolkit to fix permissions. All works fine except customizer.
I deactivated all plugins but nothing happened.

Could you please help solve this issue?

I deactivated all plugins but nothing happened.

Also try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

I did it and It doesn’t save in Twenty Seventeen’ Customize either.

I think that something happened to databases after migration but I cannot find it.
When I reset database with Advanced WordPress Reset Plugin and after activate the theme again, everything works fine.

    – Please check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message and see why it’s failing. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.
    – If you cannot find error logs or if you don’t find any helpful info in the error logs, try Enabling debugging

There is no error in logs and on wp debug.
I also asked for help from theme’s developer and I am waiting for his reply.
