Adding a field on Ninja forms

  • I have tried now for 5 hours to add a field successfully on a ninja form.
    I aa the field and it shows up fine on the website.When the form is completed by a client the field does not show an answer but a series of numbers

    I added the field as instructed and cant find a way to have the field function as the others do. I cant find any video or help on how to do this Any help much appreciated !
