    I am having trouble with preview on large documents. I get the Whoops, there was a problem message which I understand is a Google message. In your FAQs you state:

    Another issue with preview is with Google docs viewer which is Memphis Docs default viewer. I have noticed lately that the preview will not load sometime if a refresh the page it seems to solve the problem but is not really a solution. The only solution that I have found is to change to the Box previewer. I have an not issue with this previewer and works every time

    How does one change the previewer? Is it possible to change from Google Docs altogether? I use ThemeNcode PDF viewer, is it possible to use it?

    Unfortunately the only 2 preview app currently used by mdocs is google and box. Google preview is not perfect as you have stated above but its free to use and works for most people. I have looked at other doc preview software but most are paid or subscription based. The other free one also only will do one type of file like pdf but won’t do word docs.

    I will once again start my research into this issue and see if there is anything new out there I can use.
