Query activities

  • Hello,

    Is it possible to make custom query for activities? I want to make separate pages for images, videos and links. How can I query activities by those parameters?

    Hello @cheevt,

    No, there is no possibility to do that, because BuddyPress Activity Plus is not actually adding images, videos and links as separate type of activities. It just adds buttons to add them, and then inside activity place only content. All those activities are still the same activities that are by default in BuddyPress. There is no mechanism to make a different types of activities. You would need to custom code that – but this kind of coding is beyond this forum support.
