Conditional Logic on Form Changes Width of Drop Downs to 100px

After a lot of testing I’ve figured out that if conditional logic is used anywhere on a form it causes all drop down fields (using this plugin) with enhanced user experience enabled to have a 100px width. I have not figured out a solution, but maybe the plugin developer or someone else can post a solution. ??
