Authenticating Google Monster, etc.

I’m experiencing trouble going through the authentication bit with google. I did download the google.html file with all those letters and numbers, and I have uploaded it to pandeetah.com via filezilla. It’s there, I checked. But I’m still getting responses that the authentication failed, etc. Thanks for any help.
