    The receipt is generated but the thumbnail image is always the default logo ,
    it never using post thumbnail even if it is present.

    Are you using a custom receipt template, or the default? Are you using any caching software?

    No its default template and though i have cache enable i have checked disabling cache too same issue .

    When you change the thumbnail on your receipts page, does it appear to save normally in the admin? Are you using something other than the default post thumbnail functionality to provide thumbnails?

    I’ve just downloaded My Tickets and I’m liking what it does. I’m having problems with getting ticket display correct. In my initial attempts I realized the ticket page should use the name of the event rather than ‘tickets’ or Festival Tickets as that’s what gets put on the ticket. I attempted to change the logo (after downloading to see it’s dimensions) by using the “Set Feature Image” on the events page where I’m selling tix. When I purchase a ticket, the new feature image replaces the old, but puts only a portion of the logo next to the Ticket Title and date.

    Also, any way to spread the ticket purchasing information as it’s left justified and crushed together. would that be a CSS thing?

    Would it be beneficial just to replace the logo in the plug-in’s logo folder?
