    Hi @oliviaholm,

Please take a deep breath and remain calm.
Do you know which theme you were using that the ‘functions.php’ file belonged to?
Also, do you have access to your hosting provider’s control panel?

Hi again, thanks for your answer.
I was using the ordinary woo commerce theme, I think it’s named Storefront.
I was using a plugin called “My custom functions”.
Hmmm, don’t even know what “hosting provider’s control panel” is…

    I think I’m screwed… :-O

Do you know which version of Storefront you were using? If not we’ll assume you were using the latest version.

Hmmm, don’t even know what “hosting provider’s control panel” is…

You’re paying someone to host your website. Does ‘Loopia’ ring a bell?

I think I was using the last one, but I’m not sure… I’m kinda new at this… Sorry

    Yeah, Loopia it is!

The whole site is all white, so I can’t check with version it is… ??

Once you log into Loopia you should be able to access a page similarly named as “dashboard”, “cpanel” or “control panel”. Can you check if you can get to that?

Is amministrazione conto the right thing? Or settings? I can’t find anything else…

Now can you check if there is a tool named something like “File Manager”? We need to find the tool that lets you see the files and folders behind your website.

Well.. The only thing I can find is the PHP-file-thing… Do you mean that, or not?

    I don’t think so.
It sounds like we have to do things the manual way instead. We still need to see the files and folders behind your website, so I’m going to recommend software to achieve this. The software is called ‘FileZilla’.

FileZilla creates a bridge between your computer and the server where your website lives.

This is popular software and is recommended by Loopia: https://support.loopia.se/wiki/filezilla/

Let me know when you have downloaded and opened FileZilla. It installs onto your computer.

I have another thing called Cyberduck, is that working?
I have tried that thing, and I got in – but didn’t understand anything…
Please let me know if Cyberduck is working.

I’m afraid I’m not familiar with Cyberduck and won’t be able to help with that software.
