• I have a site hosted directly through WordPress. The site was working fine about a month ago and suddenly stopped working.

The domain was purchased through GoDaddy and they’ve verified that all of the DNS settings work properly. When the site went down, so did my wp-admin login and my ability to access the site via Filezilla. Filezilla gives me a connection error of “Connection attempt failed with “ENETUNREACH – Network unreachable”.”

Has anyone else seen this or have any idea on how to recover the site? I do have a backup but it’s dated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The domain’s name servers are pointed to GoDaddy.

Name server are what tell your domain where to point. If you were hosted at WordPress.com, those should be WordPress.com’s name servers. If you were hosted at DreamHost, those should be DreamHost’s name servers. Etc.

If GoDaddy is your hosting provider, you’ll need to contact their hosting support about this.

If GoDaddy is not your hosting provider, you’ll need to ask your hosting provider’s support for your hosting account’s name servers and change them through your domain register. Your domain registrar appears to be GoDaddy, so follow this: https://www.godaddy.com/help/change-nameservers-for-my-domains-664
