Turn off “Submit a Comment” piece of Event page?

  • Hello.

    I installed the Quick Events Manager plug-in to test it out and for the most part liked what I saw. However when I setup an event with registration, on the event page itself was a WordPress “Submit a Comment” box on the bottom of the page that I did not explicitly ask for, nor can I figure out how to make it go away?

    Any ideas? I uninstalled the plug-in for now but would like to use if I can get this resolved.

  • Comments are a wordpress feature not part of the plugin.

    If you don’t want comments you just need to disable them in your Dashboard > Settings > Discussion or use the Bulk Edit feature on the Events list in your dashboard.
