Taxes not charged on Paytrail

    Tax calculation works like a charm. Until I continue to Paytrail payment service.. Paytrail excludes the taxes for shipping and shows 0%. This means the tax are not charged from customers. Calculation works on built-in shipping methods, so the problem must be within WBS. Any experience from this kind of behaviour?

    WBS doesn’t do much with tax calculation. It just tells WooCommerce to calculate it. So, the issue seems related to the taxes configuration. Please double check it.

    Also, does it work with the built-in payment methods?

    Hi! Thanks for your reply. And also sorry for bothering. It seems that my client was using an outdated version of Paytrail. I didn’t recognize it as outdated because there were no notifications about updates being available. Of course, the license was not applied in the WP admin area.

    Great plugin by the way! I’m going to use it in another project now that I’ve played with it a little.

    I have some products whose weight change by customer choice.

    How do I do so that the wbs use the weight variable for the calculation of the shipping?

    WBS does already use the weight from product variations info. Make sure you have provided weight for each variation.
