• Hello,
Following our recent update to WordPress, our Give plugin encountered a conflict with how it is being displayed. The given URL is an example of all of our initiatives that are displaying a double “Donate Now” button, which points to our merchant. As well, there is a text entry form that appears, which should not be there. Any chance you may have seen this conflict before or directions on how to resolve. We understand this is using the included application on the Bethlehem theme, but if paying for the Give plugin for tech help and need to re-instal we will be happy to do this, but we only use limited functionality (although it’s a great plugin.) Please advise, your help is appreciated.

    Hi Adam,

There’s several things here which strike me as odd.

    1) The donate button should not point somewhere else. Not sure how that is accomplished at all.
    2) The double buttons is also not standard.
    3) The amount field is definitely our form, but everything else is really strange.

I do believe this has to do with your Bethlehem theme, so I would reach out to them first. We know the developer of that theme and he does great work, it just might need an update to work correctly with our latest version.

Ping me when you hear back from them and we can dig deeper. Thanks!

Hi Matt, want to thank you for your help. It took a bit long (my end), but Imbrahim (Bethlehem Theme) was super helpful and we resolved the issue. Partially.

Issue now is that with the new Give Install, is with our Progress Bar. When we manually enter %Raised of Goal, nothing is reflected on the form, still receiving 0%. I am certain(?) configurations are correct. Any idea.

As well, I understand your time is valuable and we are happy to pay for any priority support to help us resolve this. Thanks again Matt. Adam

    HI Adam,

Priority support is available to all customers of our Add-ons.

How did you manually enter the Raised Goal exactly? As offline donations? Are they set to Complete?

Try going to “Donations > Tools > Data” and use the “Recalculate all donations and forms” option.

Let me know how that goes.

    Hi Matt, thanks.

We enter enter our Goal amount and then based on the incoming donations (checks mostly s out donor base is heavily offline), this information is manually entered as % of Goal Raised. It used to work, but has since stopped. not sure if because of a conflict on our end or a setting issue – but I have tried everything

    Cambodia Impoverished Program

As you will see in this link – we now manually have to enter in green that it’s funded, yet shows 0%.

As well, we cannot figure out how to remove the $0 cell in the top left.

Once again, we realize that we are not using the complete functionality of Give, but we are happy to pay for priority support to help us resolve these errors (if possible). Please advise.

    Thanks for your help, Adam
