Product Variants Not Showing Up

Hi there, you recently provided us with this plugin a few months back for our website, Bonafide Beards. When processing our orders we found it easy to see all of the product information in the columns, and now we are not able to see some of the variants of the products ordered. So for example, someone ordered a Carpenter Beard Oil, now on the orders page it says Beard Oil. So we have no idea what beard oil to provide them.

I apologize but I’m not sure I understand what’s going on — the orders column is still showing up, though, right? Have you made any other recent changes to your site around the same time this happened?
Here’s what I’m seeing on my end (variable items purchased), (tested with latest WordPress/WooCommerce versions on the default Storefront theme):

Hi I have a similar question… In my case I see simple product variations but not more complex ones.
I’m attaching 2 screenshots to show you what I mean. The first one shows the orders admin page and the second shows the details (including the complex product variations for the cappuccino) that I’d like to show on the top level order admin page.
