    Hi,

    Few questions :

    Thanks for the plug-in.

In Aust we need to charge sales tax for domestic sales. My products are priced sales tax inclusive. Woocomerce takes sales tax off for exports and shows it broken down for regular sales.

When I use your plug-in – it takes the price (which is inclusive of sales tax) and then charges stripe gateway with sales tax again. Our sales tax is 10%. So instead of charging customer $10 it charges $11.

    Can you help please?

Also I assume the plug-in does not generate a new customer order for each subscription period. Are there plug-ins you know work well with yours that generate a customer order / paperwork for each subscription payment? Our subscription is a physical product which we send out each subscription period so the customer does not run out.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Aussieles,

Thank you for raising this issue, we are working on a fix for the tax issue and will try to publish a minor release within a week or two.

The generation of a new order within WooCommerce for subscription cycles is in development, but not scheduled for release. However, it is a well-requested feature and it is top of the list of priorities.

Thank you for using Wsspg, your feedback is very much appreciated !

    Hello again,

A quick update on this issue: because Wsspg Subscription Products are intended to have an identical relationship with a specific Stripe Plan, it is not possible to enter prices in WooCommerce including sales tax. This is because Wsspg does not create subscriptions dynamically. The price is determined exactly by the base value of the Plan in Stripe.

Stripe offers the opportunity to pass a ‘tax’ value to the Subscription sign-up process, which is a percentage value increase of the Plan base value. It does not offer the reverse. Therefore, it is recommended to enter all prices exclusive of sales tax, but select the ‘Including Tax’ option for the ‘Display prices in the shop’ and ‘Display prices during basket and checkout’ fields in the ‘WooCommerce > Settings > Tax’ tab.

Thank you for using Wsspg !
