Hi, sorry for delay, I’m on holiday. I’ll investigate about your report, thanks very much.

I have the same problem for example title=”more info” shows only ”more

I made more tests and I think the problem is the “right double quotation mark”() you used. You should use the “double quotation mark” or simply “double quote” (").
I hope it helps. Let us know.

After posting the above comment, I’ve just found an issue inside the plugin. Now I’ve just released the v.2.9.7 that should fix it.
Please let us know if now it works.

    Hello,
    I have a question
Can you insert CUTOM-LINK into Alo Easy-Mail plugin with graphics reference? If so can I ask for an example? Combines from 2 days and already lose patience.
Thanks in advance for any responses

Hi modychorst, which kind of “graphics reference” do you mean? Please write here an example of the shortcode with wanted attributes and the html output you like: e.g. the shortcode should have the format [CUSTOM-LINK attr=value.... ] and the output html should be <a...>...</a>.
Just to understand if it’s possibile do edit CUSTOM-LINK, or if you need to write a new placeholder at all.

I would like to get an effect like <a href="https://www.exemple.com"> <img src = "exemple.jpg"> </a>, but using a custom link, is this possible at all?
The problem lies in counting clicks. If I use a normal Custom-Link with title everything works, but if I try to use graphics there are various problems in this including not working link. I hope my question is not too annoying. I’m just started my “adventure” with WordPress.

Hi, I think you cannot use CUSTOM-LINK because it works only with text inside link tag.
If you know a bit of php you can write your own placeholder: https://www.eventualo.net/blog/easymail-newsletter-for-developers/#tutorial-customplaceholder

Thank you very much for your response and time.

    Hello!

I have a similar problem with which I do not advise.

    Kindly requesting a solution:

    (1) Graphic newsletters do not report the results of clicks on the report, how can I do?
    (2) The setting is to use Google Analytics statistics, but once turned on, I do not see the system reacting to change. What steps should I take to track clicks on Google Analytics?

    Best Regards
    Martin

Hi hefciol, I try to answer.

    1) Are you talking about a newsletter containing mainly a big image? You can put it in <a> tag with a link to read-newsletter-on-line url that is tracked. So something like:

    <a href="[READ-ONLINE-URL]"><img ... ></a>

    2) You must have setup your domain site on a Google Analytics account. Then, you have to in Newsletters > Settings > Newsletter ans enable Google Analytics variables in links. Now those variables should be appended to newsletter links.
