Item description empty – paypal payment

    Hi,

    Why the item description / order detail is empty in the paypal payment page? As well in the confirmation email.

    Can’t find the reason why… It’s physical item I’m selling.

    Hey Thibault!

    We spoke the other day ??

    So I chatted with the developers, and it looks like the PayPal transaction description is limited to 127 characters overall, which wouldn’t work for many product names, or if you have more than one product. They are going to look at tackling this in the future, but it’s not something that’s a priority right now.
