Im using ultimate member plugin for my membership website.
I configured everything properly and assigned all the required pages.
The problem- all of a sudden the account and reset your password pages are gone, i mean the pages are there on the backend but nothing shows in the front end when someone clicks on account link or reset your password link.
I have tried deleting the plugin from the ftp server and re-installing also, deleted all the caching files, still no luck.

    Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @adityabakshi729,

Please go to the Account and Password reset pages and make sure that you have [ultimatemember_account] on account page and [ultimatemember_password] on the password reset page. Please also check Ultimate member -> Settings -> Setup and make sure that you have assigned this pages.

    Regards.

That worked! Thanks, I had the same problem.
Now, my problem is I am unable to find how to change the form labels (for French) for Reset password. How do I do that?

I am rather embarrassed to post this. I am very new to WP and was trying out some plugins. I permanently deleted all the default Pages (there were duplicates) and upon re-installing, they were all gone. So I created my own pages using the same labels shown in the Pages Tabs and did the Setup, but there was nothing on each page. Previous to this, there were forms to fill out, etc. Hope you can help.

IF you are using Ultimate Member, then each function has its own shortcodes, some with references to specific form numbers, which are created during install.

The page names are not relevant. Further, you can theoretically have any other content on these pages I use various titles and bordered boxes to visually set off Ultimate Manager functions).

What does matter is that you have the correct shortcode. Most themes have sth like Visual Composer to create pages. I usually create a text box that contains the short code.

For example: for the login function, you need: [ultimatemember form_id=####], where #### = the form number created during the install.

    Other functions have function-specific shortcode.

    Hope this helps…

I have the exact same problem as Tomatos. Any advice on how to fix the issue?

Ultimate Member staff, can you respond?

Same issue as Tomatos, trying to go to just a regular WP page. I get the odd URL. Any ideas on that? Don’t think the reset in UM does any good here.

    Thanks
