    sorry you faced those issues.

    However, as you can see, the plugin is being used on more than 10,000 sites; it means the issues were present on your site only, most likely because of another plugin, a special server configuration or something else. It’s impossible to know the real reason at this moment as we didn’t have the opportunity to take a look at your site.

    Being on 10k sites doesn’t make it a good app. There were lots of problems. Google Translate is way better. It works.

    Correct, but if it’d be buggy as your description, then it wouldn’t be running on these 10,000+ sites either. That’s why it’s important to take a look at the actual site and see what could be causing the problems.

    Apparently you don’t know it, but this plugin uses the very same Google Translation widget. Which means, on the front end, the code populated is very similar from plugin to plugin.
