Big error on mail sent

Hello, the plugin have big error on mail agent approval, I receive the same confirmation email that the user who requests to become AGENT, I mean that the same message that receives the user I receive this same message

From my observations about the email notifications:
I don’t know am i doing somenthing wrong..but when user acivated the free package he getting email notification with the following content:
“Your new package on %s (%s=my website address) is activated! You should go check it out.”
I can change this content only by loco-translate but not in the email management
