How to use CSS in posts_nav_link ?

  • Hi.
    Im using WordPress 2.7

    In the buttom of the page its links, posts_nav_link. That displa Next Page and Previous Page.
    I want to use CSS to add a background image for posts_nav_link. How do I do that?

    If you look at the buttom of the site https://www.autoblog.com, I want to do that like them, for next – and previous page.
