New feed and trackback URLs are broken

I’ve copied and pasted the mod_rewrite rules from the Permalink Options page in my WordPress 1.2 install into my .htaccess file, but the feed and trackback URLs don’t work, even though the rewrite rules look fine to me. My regular archive links are fine.
Does anyone have any idea why this isn’t working for me?
