Clean and solid combo of posts and menu management

Could almost be considered as a replacement for core’s posts overview pages but it’s a little too slick compared to other admin pages, oh well. Also, it takes a little use to get used to managing pages as a menu (but is probably how a lot of people initially expect this to work) but it’s so good once you suss it out.
