    I’ve seen in Stripe, there are absolutely NO charge calls being sent with this plugin in LIVE MODE. It never charges my customers, why doesn’t this work? My Publishable and Secret keys are correct, the plugin is NOT in TEST MODE. Why doesn’t this plugin work?

    Perhaps an endpoint is needed for this to work?

    Hey sologhost,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble.

    You don’t need to set any endpoints while using this plugin. As long as your Publishable and Secret Keys are correct, you should be all set.

    A few things to check in your situation are;

    First check to ensure you have the “Capture” option enabled under WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Stripe. Otherwise, you will only be authorizing the transactions, which requires you to manually capture the charge at a later point.

    Next enable logging for Stripe under the WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Stripe tab. Once logging is enabled, try making a transaction and then check the logs. You can find the logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. The logs should contain any error messages that Stripe may be sending back to your site for the transaction.

    The last thing you can try is testing for conflicts by using the Twenty Seventeen theme and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe.
