    Some items I sell take longer to create and ship than others. Is there any way to set up the Product Follow-Up email to send x days after I mark the order as “Complete”, instead of when it’s purchased?

    Thanks for getting in touch. There would not be a way to set this kind of delay from the plugin side. The MailChimp For WooCommerce plugin is designed to pass those orders over to MailChimp as soon as possible.

    That being said, while I’m only able to speak to depth on our plugin and not the MailChimp app itself, I believe it is possible to set a delay on an Automation itself within MailChimp. I might recommend checking out MailChimp’s Knowledge Base article on editing Automations. Additionally, you can reach out to MailChimp’s Support Team for some more hands-on assistance with the experts on the app.
