Subscribers are appearing as unconfirmed

    Hi,

    I’m having a little problem with my lists in this new version. I’ve got it set up so that there’s no double opt in, but all new subs are not being added to the list. They’re all appearing as unconfirmed. In MP2 they were in the list and receiving emails.

    Have I possibly missed a setting?

    Unfortunately we can’t replicate this on any of our test sites; without double opt-in everyone is added with a “subscribed” status. Please use the blue speech bubble icon to get in touch with us directly and we will take a closer look at your site.
