I haven’t changed anything on my site, but one day, mixed content appeared. There are a few images using http links. A couple months ago, your plugin fixed those references, updating them to https. But now the mixed content error has appeared, and I get this message in the WordPress Admin – The mixed content fixer is activated, but was not detected on the frontpage. I can’t find the marker in the source code (data-rsssl). I’ve tried enabling “Switch mixed content fixer hook” but that didn’t help. I couldn’t find any documentation about what to do if the marker doesn’t show up in the source code, so any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hi David,

there’s probably something blocking the mixed content fixer. Seeing switching the hook didn’t fix the issue it might be a security plugin or setting blocking it. Have you tried disabling those (if you use any)? If the issue persists, could you fill out a support request at https://really-simple-ssl.com/support/ with WordPress credentials so we can check what might be causing this?

    Mark
