Submenu font color on scroll

Hello,

The menu font color without scrolling is white, including the submenus. When you scroll, the menu font color becomes black, but the submenu stays white.
I’ve been trying to figure out but i can’t seem to find it, can you help me making the submenu font color black on scroll as well? And if possible, on hover become green.
