Can’t Redirect to URL with Special Characters

I’m trying to redirect from
https://mishkon.org/appointments
to
https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/bookings/Unfortunately, the plugin keeps removing the “@” from the target url, so I get a Bad Request error. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
I’m running Redirection v2.5 on WP v4.0

Don’t know what happened to the developer @johnny5 he doesn’t seem to be interested in fixing this.
