    We just installed the plug-in today so we are definitely using the most updated version. I filled the form out to test it and was redirected to the Thank You page so from the user side, it looks like the form is working correctly. However, names are not being added to our list in Constant Contact.

    Providing some questions for you, to try and narrow down the source of the issue.

    Can you provide a link to a page showing the form in question?
    Have you made sure to connect your account, and have you included the opt-in option for the form?
    Have you tried with the “Disable WP Cron” setting set?
    Are you receiving the emails about the signups?

    The opt-in option is showing and it looks like everything is connected the way it’s supposed to be.

    I’m not sure how to find the WP Cron setting, if you can point me in the right direction I can check that.

    No Emails came through either. From the user side, it looks like it’s working, but it definitely isn’t connecting correctly.

    The setting for that should be in the “Settings” submenu for our Constant Contact menu in the WP Admin. It’ll be a checkbox that you can check and hit save.

    Just tried the form myself, and it’s definitely submitting with no issue. However, that doesn’t mean that something can’t happen after the fact that would prevent the rest from processing. Debugging why emails may not be sending is always a difficult one to handle, since every site is different. Have you noticed other email processes failing? or do those send out like expected? For example, when you go through the forgotten password process.

    I actually did try it with that box both checked and not checked, I just didn’t realize when I did it that that was the WP Cron setting:-)
    It didn’t work either way.

    Everything else is working like it’s supposed to.

    This has been resolved and version 1.3.4 was released as a result. Sorry about the typo everyone.

    Thanks again for your help Michael, and for taking care of this quickly so we can stay on track with our client.

    @tw2113 A site that I built is having similar errors to ones mentioned in this post except that the form is not redirecting to a new page. I just upgraded to version 1.3.4 but it does not submit the contacts to constant contact’s site. I have check wp_cron and my client has sent me emails that he receives from the plugin notifying him that there was a new submission.

    Is it set to redirect the user to a different page, or is it supposed to just refresh the page?

    Have you checked/saved the “disable cron” setting from our settings page at all?

    It is supposed to just refresh the page.

    I have enabled wp_cron on the site as well as disable cron in the plugin’s settings.
