Product description not working after update

This is a site under construction on Amazon Lightsail. I’ve tried this on Firefox and Chrome, and it happens on both.
When entering a new product you can only paste text into the text area, not the “visual” textbox. Once you’ve entered it and saved the product when you go back in and view the product it looks like this:

If you try to go to visual, the text disappears:

If you click back to text the text is still gone:

If you click back to visual the textbox disappears all together:

Both browsers exhibit the same behavior. It worked fine yesterday, but now with 4.2.11 it is broken. Please help.
