• Hi.

I have a couple of questions regarding my homepage that I’d like some guidance over please.

    1. My website is set at full width (which I prefer over and above boxed layout), however I don’t like the text to be totally flush with the webpage, and would like to bring it in with alignment with the home menu.

I don’t want to have to ‘centre’ the text (as I’d eventually like to have 3 columns of text) but neither do I want my text to be waaaay over to the left.

    2. How can I have 3 images side by side (with a small gap in-between, of course) and have a column of text beneath each image – not as an image description but to go into slightly more details about each service he provides before coming to a call to action. I’d like to do this without the aid of page builder – because I lose the rest of my content and I don’t want to use page builder for all my content (trying to improve SEO)

Please can someone guide with these issues as I’m tearing my hair out. As you can tell, I’m not a developer at all, but I usually enjoy a challenge!

    Many thanks,
    Jen

  • Hi Jen,

1 – Do you mean you want to move the slider text to the left like this (see: https://prntscr.com/g7knbz)?

    >> I don’t want to have to ‘centre’ the text (as I’d eventually like to have 3 columns of text) but neither do I want my text to be waaaay over to the left.

Please provide a mockup screenshot showing the problem.

2 – You can use homepage featured for that. Kindly navigate to your Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Homepage (Featured).

    Thanks!
