Multiple loops, duplicate posts

I am building up a template for one of my client. Let me sum one question that I couldn’t figure it out maybe you have the solution.

Lets say that I do have three loops on main page. First loop is returning posts of featured category. Second one for entertainment category and the third one for movies category.

Entertainment category posts can be saved under featured aswell. In this case, I need to let post to be displayed on featured section. but to be excluded from the entertainment loop below.

do you know hot to achieve this to avoid duplicate post on main page?
