    Dumb question but I have to ask it.

    I have several monthly membership packages and we want to offer a coupon just off the initial payment.

    I see where we select the membership level to apply the code and I see the expiration date.

    Here is what we want to do:

    Sign up for a monthly membership $30 a month and the first month we want to offer a $10 off and then go back to the $30 for the recurring payments.

    I just want to make sure that the discount is only applied to the initial payment and not the recurring payment.

    Can you confirm.

    Hi @cfhungler,

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    You are able to do this with the built in discount codes for PMPro, you are also able to adjust the monthly subscription amount with a discount code if need be.

    You are able to set the initial amount to $20 and this will only affect the initial amount.

    Andrew – I am with Appnet and we have posted (via the support forum) several times and it’s been six days and none of your team is responding to our needs. The forum subject is “Memberships being cancelled”. Please see latest and respond. We have several clients that we’d like to use this for, but this unresolved issue is being ignored by support and we’d prefer not to burn this bridge and leave a nasty review.

    Your help would be appreciated.
