Superb tool

I have used Slimstat for some years now and I rely on it pretty much every day. I spend most of my Slimstat time in the Access Log, tracking visitors and geolocating them via the (also excellent) MaxMind plugin. I’d gone through a couple other tools before coming the Slimstat and have found it to be the perfect balance of functionality and clean, clear user experience.

When I contacted the authors a few days ago to suggest an enhancement, they worked through my use case very skillfully and we decided together that an enhancement to MaxMind was really the best way to accomplish my goal; they then took the initiative to reach out to the MaxMind team, who liked my suggestion well enough to implement it (in beta) within hours. That kind of responsiveness indicates to me a company that is really committed to its users and its product, not to mention its partners. Very impressive indeed. I couldn’t be more pleased.
