How to get/call login user details.

Hello,

I’m using ultimate member user plugin and this contact 7.

I want to know if its possible to get/call details of a logged user?So my login user don’t need to input their details again.

I can call user email address using “default:user_email” but how can I get/call other predefined fields?Such as mobile#, age, country etc…
