Notification of follow-up comments doesn’t work

Hello,

I’ve looked through the forum, and I’ve tried different settings and plugins for SMTP etc. but no luck. I have my settings in the plugin correct, but visitors who leave comments on my site still don’t receive an email notification of follow-up comments. I have now activated the dropdown where they can choose what they want to receive (as you can see in the link to my blog below) which are great options if they only would get notified ??
