comment form – ERROR: please enter a valid email address.

    Hello – I recently purchased the tracks theme pro version and I love it. However, I am having an issue with the comment form email validation. No matter what address I enter (example [email protected]) I receive the error “ERROR: please enter a valid email address.” I haven’t modified the form in any way, this is the stock post page from the theme. Can anyone assist?

    Thanks for upgrading, glad you like it!

    I can’t recreate this issue so I suspect it is coming from another plugin installed on the site. Can you try deactivating all plugins (besides Tracks Pro) and then testing another comment submission?

    If this doesn’t help, please share a link to your site and I’ll check it out.

    Hi Ben – sorry for wasting your time. Embarrassingly I was entering my email in the URL field as I thought the first field in the form was for first name and second was for last name.
