Lost Password

I’m not able to login to https://localhost/wordpress/wp-login.php with userid: admin.

When I go to Lost Password it says.. The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…

I tried to change the password in wp_users table in MySQL but that too is not working.

Do you have any other solution to this.
