Exclude users not working

    It looks as though the Exclude Tracking setting is not working. I have all of the user types selected and when I log in with the admin account, the Real Time shows my session. Any ideas?

  • Yes, if you browse the homepage without being logged in, for the plugin you’re a visitor so you get tracked.

    As long as you stay logged in no further tracking should occur.
