For me, these guys were prompt courteous and corrected my issue in one response on an Excellent time-saving plugin.

I guess there are those that don’t belong behind a keyboard since I’m assuming you also wanted them to do the work on your website and correct your issue for you instead of wading through it yourself. Every plugin I see is aptly named for what it does and the console wording for the settings accurate and clear. Remember You are buying an expertly made plug-in it’s not their job to teach you the Internet Lingo or how to use your WordPress site for that you must learn to RTFM

Experiences can be different for everyone regardless of technical knowledge.

We did not request that they perform any actions themselves in order to assist us with our queries. The issue resulted in us not purchasing the pro version and the version we had was named at the time the exact same as the pro version.

You likely would not make those same comments to my face, but then again that is me making an uneducated assumptions just like your comment above.

Not all people utilizing this plugin are technically savvy and those people’s experiences matter just as much as those who are technically savvy.

Yes, however, It does not warrant such a nasty review of the plugin for your lack of technical ability. Yes, as the terminology goes over the last 27 years in the internet professions there are many that don’t belong behind a keyboard they know just enough to damage their or others sites.

If your not Savvy, I would recommend hiring an individual that would allow you to watch them do some work on your site. Its one of the fastest ways to learn fast. I do realize you are trying to get a business off the ground and may not have a budget so we all do what we have to do. I would recommend not harming peoples reputations or livings in this community due to your frustration with your lack of technical knowledge.

BTW I do say what I write in Emails directly to peoples faces and everyone knows that about me. I’m very blunt and do not sugar coat anything and people tell me that is why I am so widely respected in the industry.
