Plugin suggestion

May someone have a suggestion about plugins, I trying to achieve the following:

Users can login and will be forced to fill out additional personal required values. They have only access to their own Profile and can modify. The users don’t see each other.
The admin can set additional values in the user’s profile that are for the user hidden or visible e.g. “contract visible, fee hidden”.
Any hint would be nice,
