Create RSS Feed off of Default WordPress Audio Playlist

I need to create an auto-updating RSS feed based off of the default word press playlist widget for audio. It needs to be compatible with iTunes. I have looked around for hours searching for solutions. Most of them want to integrate a new audio player into the website. I have already spent a considerable amount of time with the current setup.

I am using the default wordpress playlist, however, I am using a plugin that allows me to use the playlist while hosting elsewhere. (We host on AWS). I’m not sure if that is relevant but I thought I would mention it.
