can’t add media to post. the popup window doesn’t pop

  • When I try to add an Image the pop-up window does not pop up. The entire page ?refreshes and the “add media” window shows up on a white background in the top left ?hand corner.

    After I press “insert picture”, nothing happens…

    I really tried everything ?in the stick post at the head of the forum, but nothing helps! I’ve been working on it ?for 6 hours.

    Appreciate your help. ?
