Auto Posting not work

  • After Upgrading SNAP Plugin to ver.3.8.6 , AutoPosting doesn’t work.

    I don’t do anyting except upgrading.

    Please help.

    How exactly it is not working?

    Are you getting any errors?
    Please check your Log/History tab and let me know what do you have there.

    Thank you for replying.

    This problem hapeens when reserving post is published.

    I checked Log/History tab, but any erros isn’t there.

    Aside to that, manual post ( clicking “Post to Twitter” button ) correctly work.

    Hello, i’ve been having the same problem.

    I schedule the post, the post is being published on wordpress but there is no “new autopost request” on logs.

    I checked around to see what might the problem be but can’t figure it out.

    But what i noticed is:
    1. When i wanted to check if cron is working through “Help/Support/About” (i click “show cron results”) i see only this message: “Check is not started yet… Please Reload this page in couple minutes.” even though cron is working.
    2. On settings i tried to activate “Log Cron Events” and even though i checked it and clicked “update” it still stays unchecked.

    I should note that im using an external cron through plesk which points to wp-cron.php every 5 minutes, if this matters.

    I hope this can help out resolving the issue.

    Your cron is not set correctly and that’s what is causing your troubles.

    2. Please check your Log/History tab and let me know what do you have there. (Everything you have, not just errors)

    I pulished new post and checkecd my Log/History tab, but there is no message as before.

    After This problem happend, my Log/History tab have not recorded any message.

    Also please try to uncheck “OG tags” in the settings.
