Product import from CSV freezes on column mapping and goes nowhere

  • Hi all

    When I try to import products via .csv, after uploading the file the process halts on the next page, and nothing happens—it stays on this screen: https://ibb.co/hj76x5

    This happens on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and with all sizes/varieties of .csv I have tried. It happens regardless of whether I select merge products.

    Any support, help, or anyone else who’s experienced this issue, would be appreciated.
