SMTP Office365 STARTTLS [unresolved]

  • Is there a solution to send Office365 emails with STARTTLS? This was marked resolved in another post but it was NOT resolved, it still does not work. It needs StartTLS. It does not work with SSL or TLS. Does anyone have a solution
